nutritional coaching

nutritional coaching

I meet my clients where they are and will provide as an in-depth education and information as they would like. This could range anywhere from doing a full workup regarding calculating BMR, RMR, TEF, TEE, and providing recommendations for attaining body composition goals to having causal conversations regarding healthy choices. I am a firm believer in taking the time to inform and educate with those who have a real desire to learn and grow. We will touch on the importance of nutrition in the initial consultation process.

what They’re Saying

Client Testimonials

“After two major knee surgeries and years of compensating I was having issues with muscle imbalances that made walking normally a challenge. Justin developed a corrective exercise program and performed manual work on affected areas. That combination, along with his encouragement helped me get back on track and relieve the restrictions I was encountering. Can’t be happier or more appreciative of what he has done.”

D. H.

“I am very glad to be working with Justin. He’s a very skilled trainer in addition to having a great personality. My goals are more focused on improving flexibility, leg stability and balance rather than on strength. With my periodic minor aches and pains, I appreciate that he always asks how my body feels before we start, and adapts my workout accordingly. I’m also impressed with his knowledge of human physiology – clearly explaining what’s causing my issues in addition to giving me preventive advice regarding my other activities. Proper form is key with him, and he never hesitates to demonstrate an exercise if I need a reminder. He is also very willing to answer any questions I have on the targeted muscles and overall benefits of each exercise.”

D. N.

“Justin has been a great supplement to my powerlifting training over the course of several years.  From helping me lose 30 lbs of bodyweight quickly, PT my shoulder imbalances, injury rehabilitation, increased cardiovascular health though boxing, to diet planning.  Justin’s wealth of training knowledge was always there to help me evaluate new training methods that were sport specific and age appropriate.  Without Justin’s input, there are probably 2-3 National bench press championships that would’ve never happened.”
